American History X - My Favorite Movie

If I were asked to sit down and think of my all time favorite movie, I would probably have to tell people that it is American History X. I love this movie for many different reasons. I feel that the acting in it is very well done, and character development plays a strong role in the movie. The controversy that the movie presents in itself is very interesting to me. Not often are people very open to talk about racism, more or less the hatred and acts of violence that come with it. I think that the movie is probably quite accurate to the type of lifestyles members of racist groups lived, and maybe even still do live in.
